We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the HR team in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. This role involves handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, on boarding, employee records, and general HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Process payroll-related documentation and track employee absences.
Support on boarding and training coordination.
