We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced refurbishment project at a school in North London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, coordinating trades, ensuring work is completed in line with programme deadlines and maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality.
Duties will include:
Managing daily site operations and supervising multiple trades
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
Coordinating external and internal refurbishment works
Monitoring progress and ensuring works meet drawings and specifications
Maintaining site standards and minimising defects or snags
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager on refurbishment or fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of site health & safety
Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Essential Certifications:
SMSTS (current)
CSCS Card
Enhanced DBS (required due to working within a school environment)
Working Hours:
Occasional Saturday work may be required
