Casual Fitness Instructor - Mildenhall – National Minimum Wage In this role you will be supporting and motivating our members to achieve their goals and maintain the safety of all in the fitness suite. You will deliver member inductions, programme reviews and on occasions deliver HIIT and CORE classes, but always delivering excellent customer service. 0 hours per week Rota This is a casual role. Key Responsibilities: • Instructing and Motivating our members/customers • Educating members/customers on what Abbeycroft can offer them • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the gym suite • Maintaining equipment on the gym floor • Assisting with equipment setup and breakdown for various activities. • Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for our guests. Requirements: • Responsible individual with a passion for working in leisure, health, and well-being. • Prior experience working in a gym environment (not essential) • Strong commitment to safety and the well-being of others. • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: • Level 2 Fitness Qualification minimum Candidates without a Level 2 fitness qualification will not be eligible for this role.
