We’re working with a leading FMCG company who are looking for a 6-10 PQE Employment lawyer to join their team for the next 12-18 months.
What will the role involve?
1. Reviewing policies and procedures and redrafting them where applicable (redundancy/strategy)
2. Keeping up to date with current legislation
3. Disciplinary hearing support
4. Training HR team and board on employment issues
5. An additional pair of hands to support across the business (50-60% UK focus and rest, rest of world)
6. Attending HR team meetings
7. Helping HR team become more self-sufficient
The role is 3-5 days per week, with one day per fortnight in the Scarborough office.
