Skipway Waste Management, a trusted name in waste management services in Belfast, is seeking a Part-Time Credit Controller to join our growing team. As our Credit Controller, you'll play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting our finance department with essential accounts admin tasks. You'll liaise with customers, monitor outstanding payments, and ensure our invoicing and credit control systems run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Chasing outstanding debts via phone, email, and written communication
* Reconciling customer accounts and resolving queries
* Issuing statements, reminders, and copy invoices
* Assisting with general accounts administration duties
* Updating customer records and maintaining accurate financial data
* Supporting the finance team with ad hoc admin tasks
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in credit control or accounts admin
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Experience with accounting software (SAGE) is a plus
* OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL
