Role Outline:
The Recruitment and HR Administrator will take an active role in supporting the HR Department across a wide range of administrative and HR-related activities. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth and efficient hiring processes, ensuring that both candidates and hiring teams have a positive experience.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

£23,809.50 per year
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Recruitment Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Posting job advertisements on company websites, job boards, and social media. This may involve formatting job descriptions and optimising them for better visibility.
* Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and interviewers, ensuring all logistics are in place (e.g., interview rooms or virtual meeting links).
* Sending emails to candidates, arranging phone screens or interviews, and providing updates on their application status.
* Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database, ensuring candidate data is accurately recorded and up to date.
* Carrying out right to work checks, references, and employment verifications as required.
* Providing administrative support through preparing contracts of employment documents, correspondences, organising onboarding materials, handling correspondence, and delivering inductions.
* Assisting with reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and application volume.
HR Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Undertake the Company's starter and leaver processes, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed/managed on a weekly basis.
* Work with managers on staff probations and issue the relevant paperwork.
* Monitor and action the 'HR Action Log' on a twice a day basis, which will ensure that the HR department is responsive to all required HR tasks/employment relation matters.
* Work with the HR Team to ensure that the HR Department's contribution to payroll is completed in a timely manner, including preparing change of salary forms and letters.
* Ensure that weekly administration is saved in the HR Manager system, and destroy any paper copies immediately (in line with GDPR legislation).
* Undertake monthly return to work paperwork checks with members of the HR Department.
* Raise purchase orders and manage invoices as and when necessary.
* Assist the HR Department with collecting evidence for employee meetings and letters e.g., contracts, disciplinary records, induction paperwork etc.
* Attend training to expand HR knowledge.
* Undertake (and take responsibility for) projects (as and when required).
