Role Overview
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll take charge of our in-store food service operations, overseeing well‑known brands such as Greggs, Burger King, and Subway. You’ll ensure consistent high‑quality experiences that meet brand standards and exceed customer expectations. You’ll lead a team of colleagues across multiple food service units, managing everything from staffing and compliance to customer service and operational efficiency. You’ll drive performance, maintain food safety standards, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of each restaurant.
