We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our People Operations Team and act as a first point of contact for employees across the Inspired Learning Group.

The professional, friendly and welcoming team at Head Office provide support services to enable the settings to focus on providing education with high quality outcomes.
Supporting approximately 2,000 colleagues, this role plays a vital part in delivering a high-quality, professional HR support. You will provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle, support people policies and procedures, and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in line with agreed service levels and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with the HR Operations Manager and colleagues across the business, helping to deliver a high-quality, compliant HR support. From onboarding new starters and maintaining accurate employee records, to supporting payroll data, employee benefits, and statutory leave processes, no two days will be the same.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and confident handling confidential information. Previous experience in HR administration or people operations will be looked upon favourably. A good understanding of UK employment law, A CIPD qualification (or working towards one) is a plus.
