Silver Arrow require an experienced Business Developer (B2B) to work for a well established and growing removals company based in the Hertfordshire area.
Your Role:
* Build and manage outbound sales campaigns using .
* Run multichannel outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone.
* Develop sales messaging and value propositions for workplace change projects.
* Present to and engage senior decision‑makers.
* Qualify leads and book Microsoft Teams meetings.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
* Follow up consistently to drive conversions.
* Collaborate with sales to refine campaigns and messaging.
* Meet appointment setting and KPI targets.
* Support marketing activity and attend networking events.
What we need from you:
* Have at least 2 years strong B2B sales / Telesales experience.
* This is a key role for a creative sales professional with a flair for social media, content and email marketing.
* Proven ability to win and develop profitable business.
* Have hands on experience in campaign setup, outreach and reporting, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools.
