As a key member of our European team, the Senior Sales Executive reports directly to the VP Sales and plays a crucial role in driving sustained growth for our Off-White and Off-Price brands within the commercial landscape. This position is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic retail vision, in close alignment with our ongoing collaboration with Off-White. The Senior Sales Executive will manage the revenue budget for this category and is expected to exceed performance targets across three core metrics: Net Sales, Gross Profit, and Inventory Levels. In addition, the role will be instrumental in identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the reach and revenue of our brand portfolio. As we accelerate our commercial ambitions across the EMEA region, this role is critical to unlocking growth potential and delivering measurable business impact. Ultimately, the Senior Sales Executive is accountable for translating strategic vision into actionable plans and ensuring their effective execution to drive strong commercial performance. Your expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence will propel our brands to new levels of success and visibility across the region. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and strengthen relationships with existing retailers and distributors, ensuring they meet performance expectations and align with brand objectives. Identify and secure new distribution and retail partners to expand market reach and drive growth. Develop and manage an ambitious yet attainable sales budget, with full accountability for its successful delivery. Formulate and execute a clear 3-year strategic sales road map for Off-White in the EMEA region to drive revenue growth, fostering both existing relationships and cultivating new ones. Compile and analyse seasonal market intelligence reports to inform strategy and decision-making. Assess and evaluate existing partners to ensure they are the right fit for the brand, adjusting as necessary. Maintain and build strong relationships with retailers to ensure effective collaboration and support. Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events, promoting the brand and identifying new business opportunities. Keen ability to drive new business development through contract negotiations, broadening brand reach. Responsible for managing the sales calendar, showroom set up with the product team and presentation of the collection to our partners during selling campaigns. Partner closely with the marketing team aligning the marketing calendar for the respective brands to drive key marketing initiatives in association with the marketing budget. Management of the brands inventory levels with planning and logistics. Ensure in season re-orders are fully potentialized through ATS to maintain a strong GM%. Provide weekly trade and updates to internal and external stakeholders for the respective brands, in line with planning and finance teams. In-depth knowledge of the Off-Price business model, with substantial experience working with key off-price retail partners. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders globally, backed by excellent communication and negotiation skills. Track record of successfully managing complex critical paths from end to end, demonstrating strong organizational and time management capabilities. Background in FMCG, within the fashion industry, with a strong grasp of market trends, consumer behavior, and commercial drivers. Resilience, adaptability, and professionalism in managing challenges, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, able to make confident decisions independently with minimal supervision. Working knowledge of SAP is a plus, with a demonstrated willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
