Overview
Job Purpose (Role Definition): The role requires a motivated and customer focused individual. This role combines both inside telesales for our neonatal consumable portfolio alongside the more general customer service responsibilities, ensuring customers receive excellent product support and seamless service experience. As a central point of contact, you will support customers with their consumables needs while also managing day-to-day enquiries and maintaining accurate CRM records to ensure full visibility of opportunities and interactions with all customers.
Responsibilities
Sales
* Proactively drive the sales of Neonatal consumables portfolio via telephone and digital channels
* Manage inbound and outbound calls to promote products, secure orders and follow up on leads
* Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and identify upselling opportunities
* Collaborate with field sales to align activity and support revenue growth
Customer Service
* Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing accurate product and order information
* Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
* Resolve issues effectively, escalating where necessary to maintain high standards
* Support tenders and quotes and administrative processes as required
CRM and Data Management
* Maintain accurate, timely and detailed records of all customer interactions and opportunities
* Ensure data integrity so the wider teams have full visibility of the opportunities, customer history and follow up actions
* Generate reports and be able to share with the Sales Operations team to ensure we can supply and forecast accurately
Collaboration and Support
* Liaise with sales operations and logistics to ensure smooth product fulfilment
* Provide customer feedback to marketing and product management teams to aid future strategies
* Participate in team meetings and contribute for continuous improvement of processes

Experience and Qualifications
Mandatory
* Proven experience in telesales, inside sales or customer service
* Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in CRM systems
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Desirable
* Experience of the NHS and understanding the buying infrastructure
* Knowledge of Neonatal products and services
