I am working with a client in Wakefield who is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to support a busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid HR administrative experience to contribute to a fast-paced and supportive environment.Please note: Experience in a similar HR role for at least 6 months or longer is essential.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:
1. Maintain employee records, process documentation, and manage HR databases.
Recruitment:
2. Assist with posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidatemunications.
Onboarding:
3. Support onboarding of new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training.
Employee Relations:
4. Respond to employee queries and provide HR-related support to ensure a positive experience.
5. Help ensure adherence topany policies and legal regulations, including audit support and record-keeping.
Benefits Administration:
6. Assist with employee benefits programs, including enrolment, updates, and providermunications.
Event Coordination:
7. Help organise HR events such as training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
Reporting:
8. Generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and track HR activities.
Qualifications:
9. Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar role such as HR Administrator or HR Assistant.
10. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
11. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
12. Excellent written and verbalmunication.
13. High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
14. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
