Our client, a top international law firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Associate to join their team on a short-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a high‑calibre lawyer to step into a hands‑on role.
The Role
You will play a key part in supporting the employment team across a broad range of advisory and operational matters. The work will be varied, fast‑paced and commercially focused, offering the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising on a wide spectrum of employment law matters, both contentious and non‑contentious
Supporting HR and business leaders on day‑to‑day queries, policy issues and risk management
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating employment documentation
Assisting with organisational change projects, including restructures and consultations
Managing your own workload while contributing to wider team deliverables
Collaborating effectively with internal teams to deliver clear, pragmatic advice
Ideal Candidate Profile
A qualified employment lawyer with 4–10 years' PQE
Confident handling complex documentation and providing commercially attuned advice
Excellent communication, organisation and time‑management skills
A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently where needed
