Role Overview
The HR Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with employment and safeguarding regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating recruitment and safer recruitment checks
* Maintaining personnel records and HR databases
* Managing staff contracts and documentation
* Supporting onboarding and induction processes
* Monitoring staff absence and leave
