Freelance Site Manager (External Works / Recladding / EWI) Location: Llanelli Rate: £250 per day (CIS / LTD available) Contract Length: 3 months Start: ASAP About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a programme of recladding, external works, or external wall insulation (EWI) on a live project in Llanelli. The hiring company is a long‑established contractor known for delivering high‑quality construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects across Wales, including extensive experience in façade upgrades, retrofit work and EWI schemes. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager who can confidently run external envelope projects, coordinate subcontractors and maintain safe, high‑quality site operations.
