For the first time, theyre bringing product development and buying fully in-house, and are hiring two key individuals to shape the future of their collections.

This isnt a traditional buying role.
Youll take full ownership across the entire product life cycle - from identifying trends and influencing design, through to sourcing, development, and ultimately understanding what drives performance in-store.

Were looking for:
* Strong jewellery experience (essential)
* A blend of commercial buying instinct + product/design sensibility
* Experience working within established, trend-led jewellery brands
* Understanding of materials such as stainless steel (PVD), brass, and sterling silver
* A passion for retail, with a desire to stay close to the customer and in-store experience
