You will an experienced No1 Manager with the ability to manage various facets of the build from groundworks through to management of the fit out to an extremely high standard.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with the owners in terms of reporting their build progress, health and safety, materials, drawings and sub-contractors.
2. Supervising and motivating their sub-contractors and internal site team.
3. Ensuring that the site is managed safely and meets all Health and Safety regulations.
4. Maintaining build quality on site.
5. Using specialist construction management computer applications.
6. Handing over and demonstrating a new house to the customer.
7. Ensuring the customer has good after sales service.
On offer is an all in basic and travel allowance of between £60,000 – £70,000 per annum plus package including holiday entitlement, and bonus.
