HR Administrator (Learning and Organisational) Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global, prestigious and exponentially growing professional services firm based in Belfast in the recruitment of a Learning and Development Coordinator on an initial contract basis. No previous Learning Coordinator experience required but Administration experience in HR is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator or HR Graduate to gain exposure to learning and development within HR in supporting the delivery of engaging Learning & Development programmes by coordinating events, managing learning systems and providing operational support to L&D managers. What will you receive as HR Administrator ? Coordinate training activities including scheduling sessions, booking rooms or virtual platforms, and managing delegate attendance. Deliver L&D inductions for new Digital starters, providing an overview of learning resources and processes. Manage and update training records through HR systems and the LMS to ensure accurate tracking of learning activity. Provide administrative support to L&D Managers, particularly for Digital programmes and initiatives. Liaise with internal teams, external suppliers, speakers, and venues to organise training events and workshops. Support programme delivery by preparing materials, testing technology, and recording virtual sessions. Administer internal and external coaching programmes, including maintaining records, producing agreements, and organising sessions. Handle operational tasks such as processing invoices, monitoring budgets, renewing subscriptions, and arranging meetings. Collect and review feedback through surveys, sharing insights and updates with L&D teams and relevant stakeholders. What will you require as HR Administrator? Minimum of 6-12 months HR Administration experience or a 12 month HR placement Skilled in utilising HR Systems, Microsoft Excel and updating/modifying HR records Proficient in conducting inductions, arranging training and coordinating onsite events How to apply to this HR Administrator role?
