This project involves the removal of existing cladding and the installation of new facades on a series of high-rise apartment buildings. You will be responsible for the full site management of this project, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. *Our client also requires an Assistant Site Manager if this level is more suitable to your experience level.* Key Responsibilities – Site Manager: * Oversee all aspects of the cladding, facade, and EWI works on site. * Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality tandards. * Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. * Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation. Requirements – Site Manager: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on cladding, facade, or EWI projects. * Experience managing high-rise residential projects. * Strong knowledge of construction regulations, H&S practices, and quality standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * CSCS card and relevant site management qualifications. Requirements for Assistant Site Manager Key Responsibilities – Assistant Site Manager: * Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations. * Assist with planning, scheduling, and supervising site works. * Monitor health & safety compliance and quality control. * Coordinate with subcontractors and trades as required. * Maintain site records and assist with reporting. Requirements – Assistant Site Manager: * Previous experience in a site management support role on cladding or facade projects. * Knowledge of construction processes, H&S standards, and site operations. * Strong organisational skills and ability to support a busy site team.
