Job Description

What will you be doing?

We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Belfast. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week after probation.

As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others:

1. To be currently or previously working for an IFA.
2. To be client facing / Onboarding clients
3. Completing application forms and paperwork / Processing new business
4. Preparing meeting packs/ Invoices / Withdrawals
5. Letters of authority / Client servicing/client queries
6. Have experience in ISAs/Pensions/SIPPS/SSAS/Offshore bonds
7. Work closely with the aligned Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes
8. Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable
9. Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should

10. Proven experience working in the wealth management industry / working for an IFA
11. Experience of providing support to Financial Advisors throughout end to end process
12. Experience of dealing with HNW clients and an ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems
13. Knowledge of financial products ISAs, Pensions, GIA, Offshore and Onshore bonds etc
14. Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
15. The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills
