My client is an independent construction contractor with longstanding customer relationships stretching back over two decades. These projects consist of New Builds and Refurbishments, primarily in the residential and commercial sectors.
The Site Manager Role:
They have recently secured a new build care home project in Chester with an approximate duration of 12 months and they require a No.1 Site Manager to take day to day responsibility for the project, supported by a Project Manager and a roving Contracts Manager.
