About the Role
As Quality Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of quality, health & safety, and environmental (QHSE) management. From leading audits to implementing a new Document Management System, you'll ensure systems meet high standards and add value.
Reporting directly to the SVP Engineering, you'll work across teams to embed best practices and improve performance. This role suits someone with consultancy or fee-for-service experience who values autonomy and impact.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop QHSE systems (ISO 9001 essential)
* Manage internal and external audits and corrective actions
* Enhance quality processes in engineering projects
* Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management
* Support environmental strategies and sustainable practices
* Implement a new Document Management System
Candidate Profile
Graduate or industry-trained with a technical background, with proven senior QHSE experience in a consultancy or project environment. Experience with electronic product development and small-scale manufacturing is preferred, including familiarity with Tier One or Prime electronics manufacturers. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and solution focus are essential. Experience with ISO standards and export controls (training provided) is advantageous.
