We are recruiting for 2 full‑time Data Architects on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
* Lead the capture, analysis and documentation of data requirements across portfolios and projects.
* Develop and maintain enterprise and solution‑level data models, glossaries, flows and interfaces.
* Oversee the delivery of core, curated data products and services, ensuring alignment with architecture standards.
* Design and embed approaches for data storage, integration, governance, analytics and operations.
* Support teams in delivering well‑architected operational and analytical solutions.
* Advise stakeholders on data gaps, dependencies, risks and feasibility.
Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
* Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder influencing skills.
* Proven expertise in data requirements analysis and data modelling (conceptual, logical, dimensional, interface).
* In‑depth knowledge of traditional and modern data architectures (data warehouse / ETL, data lake, data mesh, data platforms).
* Understanding of data governance, quality, metadata and master data management practices.
* Experience with Azure services (Synapse, ADLS, SQL Server, Fabric, Purview, Power BI, Entra ID, DevOps).
