About the Role
* SAP Data Architecture Strategy
* Maintain enterprise-level data architecture standards for UK Link
* Own the design of data models and structures across SAP ISU and BW and all other non SAP applications
* Data Governance & Compliance
* Enforce master data management (MDM), data quality, classification, and retention policies across SAP systems
* Establish and maintain data lineage and metadata strategies
* Integration & Interoperability
* Design scalable and secure data interfaces between SAP and non-SAP
* Support the architecture of data replication, transformation, and reporting layers, especially involving SAP BW and analytics platforms
* Solution Review & Assurance
* Participate in change reviews to ensure SAP data components are impacted
* Review SAP-related changes or enhancements from a data perspective
* Collaboration & Leadership
* Work closely with Functional SAP Architects, Data Engineers, and Solution Architects across UK Link delivery
* Act as mentor to other architects
About You
SAP Platforms
* Experience with SAP IS-U and SAP BW
* Exposure to S/4HANA (desirable)
* Familiarity with SAP Data Services for data integration and transformation
Data Modelling
* Proficient in SAP Data Dictionary concepts
* Skilled in creating and managing CDS Views
Integration
* Experience designing and managing API-based SAP integrations
Governance
* Strong understanding of data ownership and stewardship practices
* Familiar with data lineage tracking, classification models, and lifecycle management policies
