If you are an experienced Senior Recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and building strong talent pipelines, this could be a great opportunity for you. In this role, you will support IT and Technology recruitment across the UK & Ireland and Spain markets. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple regions to attract and hire top technical talent in a highly competitive market.

Key Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing
* Leading an end-to-end recruitment processes
* Internet searches and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.
* Facilitating the interview and selection process.
* Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders.
* Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
* Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
* Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
* Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
* Undertaking market mapping projects.
Skills & Requirements
You’ll need to demonstrate
* In-depth experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes within tech/IT sector
* In-depth experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g., direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching).
* Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written,
* Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Consultative recruitment, detail-oriented approach.
* UK&I, Central And North Europe recruitment experience.
