We’re working with a well‑established contractor in civil engineering and water infrastructure to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a full‑time, permanent role.
This role requires a Site Manager with hands-on experience in civils and water works, comfortable managing technical packages and operating in live environments.
YOUR NEW ROLE
*
Day-to-day management of civils and water projects
*
Overseeing works including drainage, pipelines, utilities, and associated infrastructure
*
Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and site labour
*
Managing programme, productivity, and site logistics
*
Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
*
Liaising with engineers, clients, and project teams
*
Completing RAMS, permits, and site documentation
ABOUT YOU
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils and water
*
Strong understanding of drainage, pipelines, and utility works
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
*
Confident in managing multiple trades and heavy plant
*
Proactive, organised, and solutions-driven
