A prestigious housing developer, recognised for their high quality homes, is looking for a number 2 Site Manager to join a brand new site. This role offers progression opportunities within the business as new phases kick off.
Job Duties:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
* Monitor health and safety standards on site
* Manage and motivate site staff
Required Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or related field
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
* Valid First Aid certification
* Full UK Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction site management
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of high volume house building processes
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on a construction site, which may require outdoor work in various weather conditions. The Site Manager may need to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
