Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start in Swindon.\n\nThis is a hands-on role with a reputable construction firm, and engineering skills (e.g., setting out and levelling for kerb work) are highly desirable.\n\nDaily duties:\n\n * Manage all aspects of the build programme ensuring that key dates are met and any movement in these are well managed and communicated.\n\n * Oversee the daily operations of the site including management of sub-contractors.\n\n * Manage all aspects of health and safety, ensuring these are upheld at all times and take actions for improvement.\n\n * Continually monitor the quality of the build\n\nAbout you:\n\n * Proven experience working as a site manager\n\n * Excellent team player and manager able to motivate site teams\n\n * Demonstrable understanding and application of health and safety best practice and legislation\n\n * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings\n\n * SMSTS qualified and First Aid
