Job Description As a Telesales Executive, you will work as part of our fantastic Direct Sales team tasked with Direct Sales and setting appointments for the Relationship Managers & Mortgage Advisors. You will be taking warm inbound sales calls from potential customers and making equally warm outbound calls are to existing customers who might be i.e. coming to the end of their term and in need of a new mortgage product. You will be given leads each day and the focus of the calls will be about quality rather than quantity. You will become a product expert and be able to support customers with the right mortgage product. This sales role is available due to internal promotion. As a Telesales Executive, we are looking for you to: Create sales opportunities through 'warm' inbound/ outbound calls with direct customer. Have an appetite to learn about Together’s products and underwriting criteria (you would be given full training) so you can refer customers that meet the requirements as prescribed within the lending policy Consistently provide a high level of service to all customers, to maximise the potential from each call and help customers achieve their goals Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to with all contacts so that regulatory requirements are met
