Working hours: Mon-Wed 09:00-17:30, Thurs 09:00-20:00, Fri 09:00-17:00, Sat 09:00-15:00 (rota basis)
OTE: Up to £50,000 (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
About the role
Do you have a passion for cars and customer service? Dundonald Hyundai is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly team. You will collaborate with our front of house team to deliver first-class customer service.
As a team player with excellent communication skills, you will build rapport with colleagues and customers. Your role involves understanding customer needs and ensuring a seamless sales process.
Key responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via email, phone, and in person
* Achieve sales targets, profit objectives, and promote finance and insurance products
* Arrange and accompany test drives
* Complete all required paperwork and processes
* Drive leads for new and used cars, converting enquiries into sales, and maximizing all opportunities
* Embody the brand and generate excitement about the vehicles to customers
Candidate requirements
Strong communication skills, dedication to customer service, and a passion for the motor trade are essential. Enthusiasm, drive, and motivation are key to success. Previous sales experience and a full UK driving license are required, as you may need to drive prestigious cars.
