Job Description
* Contribute to the delivery of the People Strategy by working as an integral part of the People Team and the organisation.
* Support People Partners and CPO with first-line support enquiries about people-related queries and issues.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date colleague records and HR databases.
* Monitor and respond to people queries in the dedicated People inbox within agreed SLAs.
* Deliver a first-class HR service to the organisation.
* Complete onboarding for all new colleagues in the organisation.
* Provide general admin support to the People Team including the CPO.
* Keep our internal Intranet up to date.
* Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by senior management.
* Assist in the communication and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
* Support the performance review process, including gathering feedback and ensuring that people leaders submit their reviews on time.
* Coordinate and support the delivery of training programs and workshops.
* Support compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
* A degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
