Our client, a key player in the rail sector, is currently seeking an experienced PTS Site Manager for a contract position. This role involves working on a significant infrastructure project with a focus on the installation of level crossings on railway lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
Supervising and coordinating site personnel and subcontractors
Overseeing the installation of level crossings on railway lines
Ensuring all health, safety, environmental and quality standards are upheld
Conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain project progress
Managing project documentation and reporting to senior management
Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
Job Requirements:
Experience in PTS Civils as a Supervisor, Sub Agent, Site Manager
Valid PTS/Sentinel card (COSS preferred but not essential)
SMSTS certification
Proven track record in managing large infrastructure projects, particularly in the rail sector
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Contract Details:
6-8 month contract with potential for extension
Outside IR35
Mix of day, night, and weekend shifts
