The Customer Service Automation and AI Sales Overlay is responsible for the entire sales process for NiCE AI solutions, from targeting opportunities to closure. This role drives sales for this growth product offering and requires ownership of the full sales cycle from first contact to close, with accountability for adoptability and expansion after implementation.
Responsibilities
* Manage the entire sales process for NiCE AI solutions from targeting opportunities and engagement with decision makers through purchase order and implementation. Lead the sale, define and implement account strategy, and coordinate internal resources (engineering, support) for the account.
* Uncover and drive sales opportunities through nurturing and growing assigned products from early-stage rollout to maturity within the available market.
* Grow the ecosystem by selecting relevant business partners, establishing growth action plans, and providing sales support as needed.
* Engage with prospect organizations to position the product solution through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
* Contribute to pipeline generation activities, and participate in conferences and webinars as a subject matter expert.
* Develop and maintain high-level relationships with VP, CIO, and CEO levels.
* Accurate monthly forecasting.
Qualifications
* Experience planning, executing, and managing complex AI solutions sales, including coordinating multiple groups internally and externally.
* Experience in the software and technology industries with a track record of selling new or innovative products in entrepreneurial environments.
* Collaborative, team-oriented selling style with exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop relationships with C-level or VP-level business users and sell based on business value.
* Self-sufficient, flexible, and confident, with autonomy to manage activities and processes to achieve revenue results.
* Strong domain expertise in CX.
* Proven ability to sell AI and Enterprise software/business solutions.
* Quota-carrying experience with a track record of overachieving targets.
* Intensive customer-facing engagement with external clients and collaboration with internal teams such as technical solution engineers, service specialists, product teams, presales, and industry consultants.
