Site Manager - Residential
Location: south west (covering Worcestershire & Gloucestershire)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in multi-unit residential developments. This role will involve managing the construction of new-build housing estates, apartment complexes, and other large-scale residential projects across Bristol, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of multi-unit residential construction projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* Ensure compliance with NHBC standards, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
* Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficiency and productivity.
* Monitor project progress, carry out quality control inspections, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
* Liaise with clients, architects, surveyors, and senior management to ensure project success.
* Maintain accurate site records, including health & safety documentation and progress reports.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in multi-unit residential construction.
* Strong knowledge of housebuilding regulations, NHBC standards, and health & safety compliance.
* Experience managing multiple plots and large residential developments.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Full UK driving licence (travel across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire required).
* Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
