Quality Manager Responsibilities
The Quality Manager is accountable for the overall management of Quality Control systems and the quality control of the manufactured product. Key responsibilities include:
1. Supervising staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
2. Preparing and compiling Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformity for all products.
3. Maintaining the electronic Quality Control Record Management System in accordance with agreed procedures, requirements, and in line with ISO9001/ISO14001 standards.
4. Reviewing product quality complaints and out-of-specification approvals for manufacturing and finished products, and coordinating investigations as necessary.
