An established Change & Transformation recruitment business with a strong, embedded client base (enterprise and mid-market) is launching a
dedicated Technology desk
– and they want someone ambitious enough to own it.
You'll be walking into:
* Long-standing Change & Transformation relationships
* Warm enterprise accounts
* Active hiring needs across tech functions
* Leadership that understands contract and permanent markets
You'll be responsible for:
* Building and scaling a Technology vertical
* Leveraging existing client relationships to open new tech mandates
* Running a 360 desk (contract OR perm depending on your background)
* Becoming the go-to tech specialist internally
