I am working with a fantastic, fast-growing flexible workspace brand expanding across Essex and Hertfordshire, and they are looking for a confident and driven Outbound Sales Executive to join their journey. A driver with access to a car is essential
?? What you will be doing
This is a pure outbound role - ideal for someone who thrives on:
* Cold calling and proactive outreach
* Opening doors and generating new business
* Building and managing your own sales pipeline
You will play a key role in driving growth and helping shape the future of the sales function.
?? Location & Flexibility
* 75% home-based - genuine hybrid working
* Initial training in Bishop's Stortford
* Weekly in-person meetings across Bishop's Stortford, Harlow, and Cambridge
* Travel across Essex & Hertfordshire required - a driver with access to a car is essential
?? Salary & Earnings
* £30,000 basic
* Uncapped commission
