What's in Store for You:
Base Salary: Dependent on Experience
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £65k-£75k+ (uncapped)
Office-Based Role - No cold calling, just warm leads!
What You'll Be Doing:
Engaging with qualified leads from social media, events, webinars, and marketing campaigns
Selling tickets to our 2-day Property event
Supporting attendees to close high-ticket Academy sales
Working through CRM leads, old data sheets, and pre-qualified interest lists
Managing and updating CRM records to track your pipeline and results
Hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets! 🎯
What We're Looking For:
A sharp, confident, and hungry individual ready to close deals
Comfortable on the phone with exceptional objection handling skills
A proven track record in closing high-ticket deals or the drive to learn fast
Self-motivated with strong resilience and focus
