Patcham High School is seeking to appoint a Premises Manager to lead our site team. Required to start as soon as possible, this is a full-time role working 37 hours a week on a shift rota for 52 weeks. The salary for this role is paid on the LGA Pay Scale SO1/2, scale 23-28. Full time salary £34,434 - £39,152 per annum (pay award pending). Occasional overtime may be required to oversee weekend lettings or premises works. Paid weeks per year : 52 (inclusive of holiday entitlement) Start date : As soon as possible About the Role The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of all areas of Health and Safety and associated regulations. A clean driving licence, prior experience in a similar role and good computer skills are all essential. You will have responsibility for managing the school site, vehicles, 3 caretakers and cleaning team to complete all maintenance tasks, compliance checks, ensuring a safe, clean and well-maintained site at all times.
