We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client of ours based in Windsor who is seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage their HR function. You will be joining a well established business who are currently experience solid growth and great success!
Job duties:
* Management of HR function of the business
* Overlooking probationary and annual reviews
* Managing all recruitment processes
* Reviewing and monitoring HR policies and processes
* Managing all employee records
* Overlooking employee relations
* Some management of support staff
* Monitoring practice certificates and ensuring that all staff training is up to day
* Providing client care
* Handling any complaints from clients
* Taking responsibility for compliance of the business
Job requirements:
1. Proven experience in HR within professional services / legal environments
2. Knowledge of employment law
