Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Site Manager Location: Projects across Hampshire and West Sussex Head Office: Portsmouth, Hampshire Salary: Up to £60,000 package (DOE) We are seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to join a reputable construction company for a housing project.

The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites on this project, reporting in to a project Manager.
Projects will include
- residential housing development .
Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily site operations and labour Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades Ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are achieved Upholding high standards of health & safety on site Liaising with clients, project managers and head office Maintaining site records and reporting progress About You The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects with 100 units Background in New Build housing
