As the European HR Manager, your mission is to effectively manage and develop human capital in line with Tridon Europe's overarching business strategy. The aim is to attract and retain high-quality staff, promote talent development, and create a positive working environment. You will have a key position in implementing HR strategies that drive performance and meet legal requirements. After 1 year, you will have assessed the needs of the European locations and created a handbook that ensures a uniform way of working for all HR processes. Your contribution optimizes human capital and promotes a stimulating corporate culture, crucial for achieving Tridon Europe's ambition.
