Your new role
You will be joining a highly directory-ranked Employment team that has long-standing relationships across various sectors, including health, local government, housing, higher education, and financial services. They are eager to bring in an ambitious Solicitor / Associate to support the growth they have experienced in their current offerings.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an established Employment lawyer with a proven background in a leading Employment practice, experienced in handling a diverse workload of contentious and non-contentious advisory employment matters, advising employers across different sectors. You must be technically proficient and ideally have experience supporting your team in building and maintaining key client relationships.
