AURA Veterinary is a world-renowned centre for excellence in oncology, soft tissue surgery, internal medicine and interventional radiology based in Guildford. The facilities at AURA are state-of-the-art and include four operating theatres, 160 slice CT scanner, with Injector pump, C-arm fluoroscopy unit, Cell-salvage auto-transfusion unit, intra-operative imaging with Near-InfraRed Fluorescence (NIRF), Interventional Radiology suite, minimally invasive surgical equipment, cystoscopy/ endoscopy/bronchoscopy, 2 chemotherapy rooms plus hood room, contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS), digital radiography and full in-house laboratory.
AURA Veterinary is looking for an experienced HR Manager to provide professional support and advice to line managers and staff for all HR related matters. You will be responsible for the day to day business, as well as monthly payroll based at our hospital in Guildford, Surrey. You will work to ensure AURA is compliant with employment law, identifying opportunities for learning and development and provide insight in order for the team to enhance there performance and achieve the business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional HR support and advice to line managers and staff on all HR matters.
* Manage day-to-day HR operations and monthly payroll for the Guildford hospital.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and identify opportunities for learning and development.
* Provide insights to enhance performance and help the team achieve business objectives.
* Support the organization in implementing people processes and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
* Work in a hybrid role with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
* CIPD qualified to level 5
* Experienced HR generalist, with three to five years experience.
