Senior Site Manager Central Belt Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor to recruit a Senior Site Manager for a key site-based role delivering high-quality construction projects across the Central Belt. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business known for delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, and public infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations at all times. Drive construction progress while maintaining strong communication with the wider project and commercial teams. Take full ownership of site documentation, HSEQ procedures, and reporting requirements. Act as the main point of contact on-site, fostering strong relationships with the wider team, suppliers, and local authorities. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within the main contracting environment. Track record of delivering projects valued £5M across various sectors. Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage teams and resolve issues proactively. Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
