Objective: To support the growth of the UK office (Billericay) as we look for recruitment consultants within our STEM teams.
Core Tasks:
* Source new candidates, within budget, location and who fit the Darwin values
* Sell Darwin Recruitment's opportunities in an authentic way
* Actively headhunt talent to join Darwin
* Map the local competition and build relationships with relevant talent
* Manage interview processes end to end
* Organise our internal recruitment processes and database
* Build the Darwin brand alongside our marketing team
* Be the face of our organisation to the market
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in recruitment / sales
* Ability to sell opportunities and excite people to join Darwin
* Closing skills, ability to manage processes to a positive conclusion
* Embody Darwin Values (Passion, Integrity, Drive, Evolution, Responsibility, Accountability) and build our brand locally as an employer of choice.
* Able to work 5 days per week in our Billericay office (remote/WFH not an option)
* Energetic personality and people-person that embraces challenges, will do well in this role
