Weekend Chef – 8am to 2pm We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Weekend Chef to join our friendly team in a dementia‑specialist residential home. You will prepare nutritious, home‑cooked meals for up to 22 residents, ensuring dietary needs, preferences, and allergies are fully met. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch to a high standard Follow set menus while also adapting meals for individual dietary requirements Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness Complete daily kitchen records (temperatures, cleaning schedules, stock checks) Work safely in line with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations Support a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents About You Confident cooking for groups in a professional kitchen Knowledge of dietary needs, including soft diets and fortified meals Organised, calm under pressure, and able to work independently Friendly, positive, and committed to high standards Hours Saturday & Sunday – 8:00am to 2:00pm
