We are looking for a highly
motivated Golf Manager to lead and oversee all areas of our golf club,
including daily operations, membership services, course and facility
management, and special events. The Golf Manager will be responsible for
delivering an exceptional member and guest experience, driving revenue growth,
managing budgets, and leading a professional team.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily
operations of the golf club, including course, clubhouse, pro shop, and food
& beverage.
* Lead, train, and
manage staff to ensure exceptional service.
* Develop and
manage budgets, financial goals, and revenue growth initiatives.
* Drive membership
growth, retention, and engagement.
* Coordinate with
the course manager to maintain high-quality playing conditions.
* Ensure compliance
with safety, regulatory, and service standards.
* Plan and execute
club events, tournaments, and promotions.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in golf club or
hospitality management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer
service skills.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, financial
performance, and operations.
* Knowledge of golf operations, etiquette, and
industry standards.
