Our client is seeking a Children’s Safeguarding Manager to join their dedicated team in a residential home for young people aged 8–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties In this vital role, you’ll lead a committed team in creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment. You will ensure that every aspect of care, from daily routines to emotional support meets the highest standards, helping young people feel secure, valued, and ready to thrive.
