Site Manager Level 1 - Starting ASAP
37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, All Year Round)
Salary £28,598 to £31,022 (Grade 5 Point 12 17)

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager Level 1 to join our high school team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and well‑maintained environment for staff, students, and visitors. This role includes overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the school site, managing minor repairs, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a hands‑on approach, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a facilities or site management role is desirable.
Experience of working within a school setting, including the relevant Health & Safety requirements is desirable, though training will be provided.
